My name is Chelsea Noel, I completed my undergraduate work in Exercise Science at the University of Rhode Island. It was there that I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I then went on to earn my degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Boston University. During the past several years, I have worked at several
different clinics and the one characteristic of most of them that stuck out to me was the lack of personal, one to one time with a Physical Therapist. As a client or patient of Pure Performance and Physical Therapy, you will have my devoted attention to you as a complete individual. I will make it my priority to assess and correct what might be affecting your physical functioning as a whole. Your time will not be shared with other clients or patients. You and I will work together to achieve your goals in the most effective way possible.
Thank you for your interest in Pure Performance and Physical Therapy.
I look forward to helping you achieve your goals in the future!
